Royal Dornoch - Highlands Four Day Tour

Day 1.

Today you will travel North to the Grampian Region for the first leg of your journey where you will stay at the Aberdeen Marriott for one night. This is an ideal area to break your journey to Dornoch and on this sample itinerary we have chosen Royal Aberdeen, Balgownie Links. This is one of the most testing Links in Scotland and an experience you will enjoy

Day 2.

After breakfast continue your relatively short journey to The Highlands where you will stay for the next two nights in The Golf View Hotel or Newton Hotel in Nairn, or if you prefer, The Kingsmills in Inverness. You also have the choice of staying in the Royal Golf Hotel at Dornoch, which is adjacent to the golf course. Today you will play Nairn Championship Course, a magnificent golf course, which is always in excellent condition and has hosted many National Championships. This course will test golfers of any standard. Non-Golfers may wish to visit the visitor centre and Battlefields of Culloden or Fort George, a short drive from Inverness.

Day 3

Today you will travel North where you will play 'The Star of The North', Royal Dornoch. This is the where many great golfers such as Tom Watson, Nick Faldo, Ben Crenshaw and Greg Norman have embarked on a pilgrimage to attempt to tame this extraordinary Golf Links. The setting is quite special with the course bounded by white sands, mountains and hills. You will always remember your visit here.

Day 4.
Unfortunately it is time to return to your departure airport or you may decide to continue your journey with one of our other area packages.

Cost

· 2 People sharing a Group D - Ford Mondeo (equivalent to Dodge Stratos) - Manual Transmission.

OR

· 4 People sharing a Group W - Renault Espace 7 seat People Carrier (equivalent to Plymouth Voyager or Similar) - Manual Transmission

· All golf is subject to availability - Caddies can be reserved if required
· Room upgrades available at most hotels.
· Costs for Fully Escorted Tours are available on request.

Costs Include.

· 3 nights double occupancy. (One at Aberdeen Marriott and two at either Golf View or Newton Hotel in Nairn or Royal Dornoch Hotel in Dornoch.

· Supplement at Kingsmills Hotel and Luxury Supplement at Culloden House will apply
