Day 1
Arrive
at Glasgow or Edinburgh airport and collect your Hire Car. You will then make
your way to St. Andrews where you will be staying at the Rusacks Hotel for the
full 7 nights of your golfing holiday. Breakfast and dinner are included
throughout your stay. Take time to relax in your hotel and recover from your
long journey.
Day
2
Today
you will play the Jubilee course, an excellent testing links of high standard
and a worthy sister to the Old Course.
Day
3
Today
you will play The Dukes Course, a short drive from St. Andrews. The course is
owned by the Old Course Hotel and was designed by five times Open Champion,
Peter Thompson. The course is a parkland layout and a perfect compliment to the
six St. Andrews links courses.
Day
4
Today,
after a hearty Scottish breakfast, you will make the short journey over the
Firth of Tay to Carnoustie, venue for the 1999 British Open. The 'Big Shaggy
Monster' will really test your game and we are sure this will be a memorable day
for you.
Day
5
Today
you will make the short journey to Ladybank where you will play one of the most
enjoyable heath and parkland courses in Scotland. Ladybank is an excellent
course, highly recommended by all who have played her. She has been used as a
qualifier for the British Open.
Day
6
Today
is the highlight of your tour when you will play The Old Course. You will be
welcomed to the Links Clubhouse where you will be taken through the pleasures
and pitfalls of playing this world famous course. You will receive Old Course
Experience bag-tags; scorecards and playing guide to the course.
You will be provided with a light patisserie lunch with complimentary drinks in
the clubhouse before freshening up in the locker rooms after which you will be
taken by buggy past the most famous fairway in golf to the Old Course first tee.
After your round you will be taken by buggy back to the clubhouse where you can
change and have a drink in the bar before you are given a three-course silver
service dinner.
Then, to complete a day that you will always remember, you will be presented
with an official souvenir gift and certificate confirming your achievements on
the Old Course.
Day
7
Today
you will play the last round of your holiday over the excellent New Course. This
is a truly testing links course in the same fashion as The Old Course and The
Jubilee, having its own character and memorable holes.
Day
8
Unfortunately
it is time to return to your departure airport or you may wish to add on another
of our packages such as the Highlands or Gleneagles.

All golf is subject to availability - Caddies can be reserved if required

Voyager). Inclusive of CDW, Theft Waiver and unlimited mileage.
