Day 1
Arrive at Heathrow or Gatwick
airport and make the short journey to Ascot where you will be
staying at The Berystede Hotel in Ascot for the next three nights,
breakfast is included in your stay throughout this tour. Relax
in the comfort of your hotel and recover from your long journey.
Day 2
Today you will be playing
the Old Course at
Sunningdale, a treat for any golfer
and believed by many to be the most attractive course in England.
Day 3
After breakfast you will make
the 15-minute journey to Wentworth where you will play the world famous West course,
known as 'The Burma' road and scene of so many World Matchplay
Championships.
Day 4
After breakfast you will leave
your hotel and make the first leg of your journey North where
your first destination is St.
Pierre Golf and Country Club at Chepstow
in Wales. The journey to Chepstow is around 100 miles and should
take only 2 hours, however, on this golf-free day you may wish
to take in the historic city of Oxford en-route or visit some
other attractions. Our 'Places

relates to all areas covered by our suggested packages.
Day 5
St. Pierre is a beautiful golf course of high quality that
has hosted many European Tour events and today you will be playing
the Championship course. After an enjoyable day on the course
it is time to move on to your next destination, the
New Hall Hotel close to The Belfry. New Hall, for the next
two nights is a magnificent country house hotel and reputedly
the oldest moated manor house in England.
Day 6
Today, after breakfast, you
will make the short twenty minute journey to Meriden, the home
of The Forest of Arden Golf
Club, a course used on the European
Tour and where the Alamo English Open has been staged. You will
play the Arden Championship course before returning to the comforts
of your hotel.
Non-Golfers on this tour may
wish to visit Warwick Castle or pay a visit to Stratford-Upon-Avon,
the home of William Shakespeare. There is an abundance of sightseeing
in this area.
Day 7
Today you will play the famous
Brabazon Course at The Belfry, venue for the Ryder Cup in 1985, 1989 and 1993
and again due to host the event in 2001. This is an excellent
golf course, well manicured, and always in superb condition. It
has been the scene of many great Ryder Cup matches.
After your golf it is time to continue your journey North to The Preston Marriott where you will be staying for the next three
nights.
Day 8
Today you will make the short
30-minute drive to Southport on the West Coast where you will
play The Open Championship Course at Royal
Birkdale. This magnificent Links Golf
Course will be a tough test of your game and is sure to be a memorable
experience.
Day 9
Today is your last day of
golf and it is fitting that you should finish your golfing holiday
on one of the greatest links courses in the British Isles. You
will play
Royal Lytham Open Championship
course where past winners have been
the likes of Johnny Miller, Seve Ballesteros and Gary Player.
Lunch in the famous clubhouse, where Player played his 'off the
wall' shot, is included.
Day 10
Time to return to Heathrow
or Gatwick airport for your flight home or you may wish to fly
home from Manchester International Airport, only a short drive
away.
