Angus and Dundee is one of Scotland's most diverse and interesting regions. From the sandy coastline peppered with inviting coves and striking sandstone sea-stacks to the magnificent heather lined glens where red deer roam, there is so much to see and do.

This was, in Scotland's ancient times, the seat of the Kingdom of the Picts and there is much evidence of this peoples existance, particularly the intricately carved standing stones that are still dotted round the Angus countryside. Here at Arbroath's blood-red sandstone Abbey in 1320 Scotlands Nobles signed the Declaration of Arbroath declaring independence form England. Here also you will find the roots of the charecter peter pan and the starting point of Captain Scotts famous Antartic Expidition.

Suggested Itinerary for Gleneagles - Carnoustie Five Day Tour

Day 1 Arrive in Scotland and transfer to the Carnoustie Golf Course Hotel where you will stay for the next 2 night. Play an opening round at Monifieth or Panmure Barry, both Open Championship qualifying venues
Day 2 Play 1 round at Carnoustie Open Championship Links. A further round at Carnoustie Burnside can be added if you wish to play 36 holes.
Day 3 Leave Carnoustie and transfer to ‘The Palace of the Glens’ – Gleneagles, where you will stay for 2 nights. Play 1 round on Gleneagles Kings Course
Day 4 Play 1 round on Gleneagles PGA Centenary course, venue for the 2014 Ryder Cup.
Day 5 Return to the airport for your flight home.
