UK Ltd. He has an extensive knowledge of the golf courses featured
on this web site and has played on almost all of them. He is available
at all times to give advice on which courses would be most suitable
to you and when is the best time to play them. There are certain days
and
times when such courses as the Old Course is either
closed or unavailable. He will advise you on your itinerary and how
to avoid being disappointed leaving nothing to chance and ensuring
that
your vacation runs as smoothly as possible. You decide where and when
you want to play, where you want to stay, what form of transport you
require and we will book it on your behalf at the most competitive
prices available. Eddie will work closely with you to meet your
requirements, offering 'The Personal Touch' to make your golfing
vacation truly memorable.
The suggested itineraries have been put together by Eddie but are by
no means 'cast in stone'. We can put together any itinerary that you
wish, to your own requirements. Call us if you seek expertise and

We can guarantee golf starting times on The Old
Course at St. Andrews, subject to course availability.
Our service includes accommodation, prepaid green fees with confirmed
starting times and travel arrangements and advice on local
sightseeing.
We have agreements with all the golf courses for pre-booking of tee
times, and use only the best in each standard of accommodation. All
such accommodation, golf and car hire will be pre-booked and confirmed
long before your date of travel giving you the peace of mind you need
for such an important trip.
We leave your choice of air travel to you. You inform us of your date
of arrival and date of departure and leave the rest to us knowing that
your requirements will be organized locally and not from a desk
several thousand miles away. You can choose from numerous suggested
itineraries or inform us of your requirements and we will customize
your trip for you.

Although our itineraries are designed with the golfer in mind, we
appreciate the needs of non-golfing companions and this is reflected
in our web pages where you can visit the 'Places to See' pages that
are relevant to each area.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The contract between us and these booking conditions are governed
by and construed in accordance with English law. Both parties agree to
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and
Wales.
GOLF VACATIONS UK Ltd are responsible solely for the booking
of accommodation or golf or land travel arrangements upon the express
condition and agreement that GOLF VACATIONS UK Ltd assume and
accept no liability arising from any cause beyond the reasonable
control of GOLF VACATIONS UK Ltd, or for any injury, loss,
damage, accident, delay, irregularity, inconvenience or expense
arising from the use of any transportation conveyer, golf course,
accommodations or services provided in connection with such
individual's travel plans, and no liability arising from strikes,
wars, weather, quarantines, sickness, criminal acts, government
restrictions or arising from any act or omission of any individual,
firm or corporation furnishing transportation, sightseeing, golf,
accommodations, or for any other cause whatsoever in connection
therewith.
GOLF VACATIONS UK Ltd reserves the right to cancel an escorted
trip or to modify any component including but not limited to
substitution of facilities in similar categories and/or modify the
price for any reason. If GOLF VACATIONS UK Ltd cancels any
escorted trip all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. In
the event of a price change by GOLF VACATIONS UK Ltd the
traveler has the right to cancel with full refund. No credit will be
allowed or refund given for any given services provided in a published
itinerary should any such services be unused by a tour member.
CANCELLATION POLICY
GOLF VACATIONS
UK Ltd must
receive written notification of cancellation as soon as possible after
initial notification by phone.
Cancellation policy: Outside of 90 days before arrival date --
£100.00 per person *
60 - 90 days prior to arrival date -- 25% of total land package *
21-59 days prior to arrival date -- 75% of total land package *
within 21 days of arrival date -- 100% of total land package
* - plus any non-refundable deposits made on the client's behalf.
If GOLF VACATIONS UK Ltd cancels a trip, all deposits and
payments are refunded in full. There will be no refunds for unused or
partially used portions of a booked itinerary due to flight delays,
schedule changes or any other reason.
