"My first trip to Scotland was a long awaited dream.  I wanted to visit the home of golf and play without the concern for booking arrangements or the possibilities of cancellations.  Since my one and only playing companion was my 15-year-old son, it was very important that we have an experience that would be one to remember and discuss through the years.
Being a group of only two players, I was worried that we wouldn't get the attention that larger groups spending more money would receive. 
The trip arranged by Golf Vacations UK could not been better.  Everything from our routing, accommodations, tee times, meals and the golf courses surpassed my expectations.  Our itinerary arrived well in advance with supporting documents and instructions of what would be required on arrival at each location.  We received detailed maps with written instructions, which allowed us to easily navigate the countryside.  The only complaint that I can think of is that I didn't book a longer trip.
